- Scope of Services
Purple Punch Digital provides digital marketing and design services. The specific services to be provided will be agreed upon in writing between Purple Punch Digital and the client.
- Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made in accordance with the payment schedule agreed upon between Purple Punch Digital and the client. Failure to make payment may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Please note that upon initial agreement of terms and pricing herein, 70% of the first invoice amount will be due in the first month of working with Purple Punch Digital.
A deposit of the full invoice amount will be due by the 25th of each month in order for work to continue uninterrupted.
- Termination Policy
Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice to the other party. If the client terminates the agreement before the completion of the project, the client will be responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
Non-payment as per the above terms of payment may lead to cancellation
Any cancellation of service will be effected via a written letter and is subject to a 30 day notice period.
- Limit on Revisions
The number of revisions to be provided for a project will be 2. Additional revisions beyond the agreed upon number may incur additional fees.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with the work performed by Purple Punch Digital will be owned by the client upon payment in full for the services provided.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
Purple Punch Digital makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the services provided.
- Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Purple Punch Digital be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
- Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Purple Punch Digital from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
- Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
